A) Installation - top

Upon downloading the .zip file from themeforest.net you'll have all files inside the theme package. Do not upload the entire file you get from ThemeForest, upload only the rttheme17 folder.

There are two ways to upload a theme;

1) Upload By FTP: Login your hosting space via an FTP software and upload the theme folder into wp-content/themes/ under your wordpress installation. Once you've uploaded the theme you can open Open WordPress Admin → Appearance→ Themes page and activate the theme from list.

2) Upload By Wordpress Admin:

B) SETUP ASSISTANT- top

You can find detailed instruction about this theme in the Setup Assistant. Once you activated the theme, click the Setup Assistant link under the RT-Theme options menu.

C) TEMPLATE BUILDER- top

What is Template Builder?
Template Builder is a built-in tool that lets you create custom page templates to use with your pages or posts. You are free to edit the default templates or create a new one as you wish.

How to use a template with a page or post?
Add/Edit a page or post. Select a template name you want to use for your page under the "RT-Theme Template Options" Screenshot Update your page/post.

How to create a new template?

  1. Go to Template Builder Expand "Create New Template" box at the bottom of the page.
  2. Type a name for the template
  3. Select a sidebar location or full width page layout
  4. Start adding modules by using the "Module List" Click "Create Template Button"
